I, (PURCHASER), FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT THERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR EVENT TICKET(S) UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE FIGHTER(S) I CAME TO SEE IS FIGHTING OR NOT, EVEN IF THEY DROP OUT DUE TO INJURIES OR ANY OTHER REASON.

WARNING: READ THIS EVENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT (THE "AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY. THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND WAIVER OF LEGAL RIGHTS. BE AWARE THAT BY EXECUTING THIS AGREEMENT AND PARTICIPATING/SPACTATE IN THIS EVENT, YOU WILL BE EXPRESSLY ASSUMING THE RISK AND LEGAL LIABILITY, AND WAIVING AND RELEASING ANY CLAIMS FOR INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSS WHICH YOU MIGHT SUSTAIN AS A RESULT OF ANY ACTIVITIES CONNECTED WITH PARTICIPATION OR SPECTATE IN THE EVENT. Host/Promoters/Staff/Organizer (Release Parties): Melee Fight League, Big Tex Events Inc, Iron Forge Gym/Muscle Labs Gym LLC.

In consideration of being allowed to attend the above-mentioned event, I, [PURCHASER], hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risks: I understand that attending an MMA/Muay Thai fight event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of injury from flying debris, contact with fighters, or other spectators, and the risk of being in the vicinity of the action.
Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the event organizers, promoters, fighters, venue, officials, volunteers, and all affiliated parties (collectively referred to as "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any injury, loss, damage, or harm, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage, that may occur as a result of my attendance at the event.
Assumption of Responsibility: I understand that I am solely responsible for my own safety during the event, and I agree to exercise caution and adhere to all posted rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the event organizers and venue staff.
Medical Treatment: In the event of injury or illness, I consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed necessary by qualified medical personnel on-site or at a nearby medical facility.
Use of Likeness: I grant permission to the event organizers to use any photographs, videos, or recordings taken of me during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.
Age Verification: I certify that I am at least 18 years old or that I am attending the event with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who has also read and agreed to this waiver.
I have read this Liability Waiver and Release of Claims, fully understand its terms, and acknowledge that I am voluntarily agreeing to its provisions. I understand that by signing this waiver, I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue the Released Parties.
